For a low yearly price:

$380 Adult – (Save $294)

$334 Child – (Save $258)

Family Plan:

$1,302 for 2 adults and 2 children – (Save $1,288)
$293 for each additional child

Orthodontic Savings:

Interceptive Ortho – $500 off
Comprehensive Ortho – $1,000 off
